It's bigger than it looks on the web, very chunky, however my Washburn R320swrk parlor guitar has a very thick tuning head and it struggles to open wide enough to seat on it well - just about OK. However if you don't want to spend rather a lot of money on the Boss, there are plenty of cheaper good tuners out there, D'addario, Snark etc which are more basic but excellent Tuners and most importantly they get your tuning right!Very accurate and easy to read. Takes slightly longer to tune guitar as the tuner is sensitive so needs very small adjustments of tuning pegs to get accurate tuning.Quite large, but lightweight. Display bright and colourful, but can be changed to monochrome to lengthen battery life. Tuning displays can be changed depending on preference. Quite expensive compared to some others, but accuracy is very good and build quality means it should last a while.I have used other digital tuners which have been OK but not 100 reliable, and only bought this because I lost a previous (cheaper) tuner, but I'm glad I did. Does not ship with a carry bag so if you plan to take this with you on gigs, you will need to find a safe way to carry it.Most of the clip on tuners I have had have been reasonably accurate but some struggle with the short attack of banjos, ukuleles etc most appear to be optimised for guitar. This one seems to work across the board. Other clip-ons I have had break at the clip or have a slender neck which is not robust. This items sits low (no neck, just clip) and the clip is pretty robust. It's easy to read and accurate. No microphone just vibration based. Easy to adjust. Takes a little more room on the headstock than some About 70mm by 30mm clip portion 40mm by 20mm approx. Seems Distinctly right-handed.It works OK if you can put up with it ignoring the open low E string. Regrettably I was a bit under whelmed. I have a number of Strats, and on all of them it struggles with the low E string. This is very frustrating and I generally have to play the harmonic to get it to register, no matter where it is clipped on the head stock. The display is otherwise clear, reasonably fast and accurate, but it isn't as good as my TU-12 (or my TC Electronic Polytune2). For the points above this is my mobile tuner for times when I don't have my TU-12 or Polytune. It is certainly compact and convenient to stick in your pocket.
