Verdween voorgoed nadat ik de droger van achteren openmaakte en alle aangekoekte stof, vooral ook van de fan, verwijderd had. Is dus vermoedelijk aangekoekt stof dat ook nog fors brandgevaar oplevert. Tijd voor grote schoonmaakbeurt dus. Maar of het bij jouw droger ook zo werkt, weet ik niet, want je hebt een heel ander nummer. Verder is het misschien een idee om eens achterin de droger een heleboel stof te verwijderen. Want het kan natuurlijk oververhitting zijn. Oude drogers zijn grote veroorzakers van brand, dus altijd handig een keer stof op te ruimen, kan het ook niet meer vlamvatten. En als het oververhitting zou kunnen zijn, zou je natuurlijk ook kunnen proberen hem op 'voorzichtig drogen' te zetten. Dan wordt hij minder heet. Mocht je kiezen voor openschroeven: wees voorzichtig met de schroeven, ze zijn verschillend dus leg ze zo neer dat je weet welke waar moet. En bij het loshalen van de plaat, voorzichtig, er zit een plakkerige seal die je zo min mogelijk wil beschadigen. Ga ook vooral een keer liggen als je de condensor eruit hebt, en met je hand helemaal achterin alle voelbare stof weghalen.Ik zou overigens bij de trommel-voelers beginnen.Die slurpen energie. Als je zuinig wilt, koop je een nieuwe warmtepompdroger. Heb je daar het geld niet voor, dan in ieder geval een afvoerdroger. Want die zijn veel zuiniger dan condensdrogers. Condensdrogers waren 16 jaar geleden een goede koop voor diegenen die absoluut geen kans hadden een slang ergens naar buiten te leiden. De waslijn, die is zuinig. Een oude condensdroger is alleen maar handig omdat hij er al staat, het nog doet, en je genoeg geld hebt voor de energie en geen tijd om een ander te gaan kopen of de was op te hangen. Je energieverbruik verdubbelt ongeveer op het moment dat je zo'n ding neerzet.Er zijn veel lampjes op de droger aanwezig, immers. En wat heb je al gedaan om het te verhelpen.Heb je de waterbak geleegd. Heb je de afvoerslang gecontroleerd op knikken. Het ding is al erg oud en slurpt toch wel energie, dan is het zonde om nog onderdelen te vervangen.
