In an effort to protect my friends in blue, I thought I would explain exactly how your actions could be a commission of treason. When you are enforcing statutes and codes, you are not enforcing "law". Law in these united states of America refers to the common law.

So many Americans today are concerned about terrorist and ISIS they fail to notice the greatest threat to American freedom. As with any country, the greatest threat to a nation is not from without but from within. Enemies within look like us, talk like us and walk like us, but they are far from actually being like us.

There are many ways the wealthy people make money off of taxpayers. They do it through the banks. They do it through the drug companies. They sucker people into paying income tax, even though they are not required to pay it. They also contract with the states to fill their privately owned prisons.

You court clerks seem to be the scapegoats of the American jurisprudence industry in these united states. You may think that the judges who direct you cares about whether or not you get into any kind of legal issues when it comes to making decisions about the format or quality of a document when someone comes to you to file it. This article delves into exactly what a court clerk is permitted to do and what you are not permitted to do.

As many of you already know, government does not have any jurisdiction over people without the people's consent. They do, however, have jurisdiction over "citizens" as defined in the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. Once people make a habit of recognizing words in the correct legal sense, it makes it much easier for them to see when a statute applies to them, and when it does not, which is always.

Many people depend on their state Constitutions for protection against government overreach. People misperceive that something in their state constitution grants their state governments authority over said people. However, once people learn to differentiate between people and person and people and persons, it becomes much easier to tell which part of the constitution may apply to him/her/them and which applies to other persons.

One of the best ways to discredit anyone who exposes the truth, or anything for that matter, that the status quo does not want exposed is to call the messenger a "conspiracy theorist". After all who would believe those crazy people?
