I was recently provided a link to a site on which people acn rate judges. I recommend that we use this tool. However, when rating, keep the emotion out of your rating. If you get emotional in your rating, it won't be taken seriously. We have plenty of dishonorable judges that can be rated without the emotion. Don't just rate the bad ones. Rate the good one too, so that hte rating for the bad ones will be more creditable.
