I wanted to replace the foam with the small rip, so I attempted to contact Simply Speakers at the customer service email provided in the literature that came with the speakers. Weeks later I've not heard back from them. The product is solid, the glue provided in the kit is excellent and more than enough to re-foam the 4 drivers in my setup. My only advice if you're going to tackle this yourself is to take your time cleaning surfaces and prepping, and be sure to get the voice coils centered before you start applying pressure to the fresh glue.Took me a few tries to get good at it, but I have repaired around 20 bose 301 speakers using these kits now.
