i was detained by the pennsylvania state police against my will, told i was being arrested, given a breath-a-lizer and then handcuffed and taken to a hospital for a BAC. the officer (Donald Bookwalter) read me a paper called Oconnell Warnings, insisted i sign it, and i asked for a copy and was refused and questioned what would happen if i didn't, and i was basically told i would go to jail. so i signed it, was taken back to the police barracks and released to have a brother of mine take me home. i was then served papers from the magistrates court to appear for a preliminary hearing on may 13, 2015. i will upload the 10 pages i received from the court and we shall go from there.
