Anna von Reitz has published a document the appears below and includes my responses to many of her comments. I have not replied to all of them, but have replied to enough of them to reveal that she has repeatedly lied to her readers. The proof of these lies in included below. I have also included the actual email to which she was talking about so that everyone can see for themselves that what she claimed I stated is, in fact, a lie. This is being done to expose the fact that Anna von Reitz is not working to protect the people and is using her audience to fool the masses into following her down the wrong to despair. Use your own judgment and decide for yourself.
I just got another poke in the ribs from Michael R. Hamilton, a con man pretending to be a Justice in Louisiana. He says that thanks to his propaganda, everyone now thinks I am a Vatican spy. He was gloating over how easy it was to mislead you.
This was said in response to an email I sent to Anna when replying to her email. My comments were actually, "It also seems obvious to me when you point out in an article that the air, land and sea jurisdictions are fictions of the Vatican and you are now trying to get our continental marshals in said jurisdiction. That makes you look like the enemy. You would not believe the number of people who now view you with suspicion after reading your work for years and seeing what you have been saying of late. So many have come to me so say they are no longer following you because it appears you were turned. You have contradicted your own work, or so it appears to many people. Including me."
As you can see, there was nothing in my comments that included my saying "thanks to my propaganda everyone thinks you are a Vatican spy", nor is there anything in my comments that could be construed as gloating, since my comments were merely pointing out the number of people who have contacted me who had been following Anna for years and believe that she has been turned and the fact that she has contradicted her own work. So there were two lies in the first sentence of her post.
As to the comment about being "a con man pretending to be a Justice in Louisiana", I am not only not pretending, I was one of three judges who was voted by the people on an national assembly meeting on Thursday, March 23rd, 2017 to serve the people in the capacity of Chief Justice for the Superior Court of the united States of America. Anna on the other hand, has taken some other oath for her state making her a subject of the state.
Nobody who has read my voluminous correspondence with the Cardinals and Popes for the past thirty years would assume any such thing.
Some of the people who have reported this belief to me have been reading her work for years. Some of the works she speaks of that she says people could not come to such a conclusion is a matter of topic on this Facebook thread. I have not even participated in this thread.
They wouldn't be ignorant enough to think that "the Vatican" is equivalent to the Holy See, either.
Most non-Catholics do not differential. I for one do not.

Anna has no evidence, whatsoever, that I am "tracking and secretly stealing data from everyone who visits" me website. The fact is, anyone who has ever worked in any computer field knows that everything done on any computer leaves a trail. So everything done of a computer can be tracked. However, this shows that Anna either knows nothing at all about computers, or she is just so desperate to discredit me, because what I am saying makes more sense to people than what she is saying, she has to come up with whatever lie she can. This was lie number 3. What use would I have for your "data" when you are posting it for others on the site to read?

More computer ignorance. I do not think this is a lie. I think she just does not know much about computers. I had a security certificate expire and did not receive it from the company from who I bought it. When I complained to the web hoster again, one of the techs installed it.
This is not now, has never been, and will never be about me. It is about the veracity of the information I present, which is fully corroborated by other researchers and which is in front of your faces standing on the public record.And beyond that, it is about what you do with the information.Do you start rampaging around as gangs of armed thugs? Abandon your lawful state militias? And start calling your militiamen "Continental Marshals"--- ?
The correct answer is no. Nobody has implied of stated in any way shape or form that we should start calling our state militias continental marshals.
Let's give everyone a clue here: if you call your militiamen "Continental Marshals" you are subjecting them to arrest, when they would otherwise be guaranteed the right to assemble and regulate themselves.
I agree, what moron would do such a thing. Nobody I know of has done so.
And who benefits from making your militias subject to arrest?
Nobody does who has been working for the number of years I have to free the people. But I can imagine that Anna is desperate to stop what we are doing, because we are doing the one things that will stop the corporations who have been attacking the people for years.
Apparently, Michael R. Hamilton and Bruce Doucette benefit somehow. That's what they are advocating.
Anna is obviously extremely desperate to stop us from doing the one last thing that will stop the corporations. This seems very suspicious to me and apparently, many other people. Why would she be so desperate to make sure the the one law enforcement agency created by the people to serve the people by stopped?
Or are you going to assemble your county jural assemblies and restore your own lawful government? Assemble your state militias to serve the land jurisdiction states of this country? And do so with the guarantees of The Constitution at your backs?
There is that "land jurisdiction" thing again. Anna said in her own words that the air, land and sea jurisdictions were fictions of the Catholic church.
That's my answer and it's the only answer that is going to work for the good of this country and its people. All the other answers lead to war and bloodshed and the benefit of arms manufacturers and bankers---and insurance companies.
So she has said the the continental marshal have been around for 200 years and that we need to keep them in the same jurisdiction as they have been in, and that is how we protect the people. The U.S. marshals have been exactly where Anna is proposing we put them and they have been the source of much of the injuries perpetrated against the people. Nice Try Anna.
Turns out that Mr. Hamilton is an insurance agent. If you go back in history and study the use of insurance annuities to fund government you will quickly grasp Mr. Hamilton's stake in the game.
Nope. I have never sold insurance in my life. I do not do well on closings. I sold real estate for several years In Washington state, but wasn't good enough to make a living doing it. I do have an insurance adjuster's license. People should do a bit more research before exposing their ignorance on the internet.
Mr. Hamilton and Bruce Doucette have a job --to spread conflict and disinformation and to gum up the works to ensure that no true and lawful American government is re-established. My job, unpaid and such as it is, is to make sure that it is.
I have certainly not made any money volunteering to serve the people either. But it has come pretty obvious to most people who have followed Anna for years who is spreading "disinformation" and is gumming up the works. Anna's disinformation is blatant as we will see.
Bruce Doucette tried to commandeer my conference in Anchorage and harmed two of my lead researchers and left me to pay the bill--- $10,000 that could have and should have gone to other things.Bruce Doucette has misled people to take improper oaths and then claim that they are occupying vacated public offices. The net effect of this is to leave them subject to arrest and to invalidate anything and everything they do while attempting to operate these offices.
I am not aware of anyone taking an"improper" oath. The oath is very clear. Nobody has stated that we are "occupying vacated offies."
Bruce Doucette has promoted a practice of calling state militiamen "Continental Marshals" which has the affect noted above.
I have had many conversations with Bruce Doucette and he has never promoted calling states militias "Continental Marshals", nor have I. Anna has repeatedly referred to continental marshals as state militias in an effort to spread "disinformation".
Bruce Doucette once told me he had a "million men" signed up to act as "Continental Marshals" and that there were "hundreds" of complaints against Chief Marshal Bella Haywood.Thank God, I quickly realized that neither statement was true.And as for Michael R. Hamilton his reputation precedes him. Wanted for con schemes in three states, named as a defendant in multiple sworn complaints of taking money from people and then not performing (not coincidentally, exactly what he accused Marshal Haywood of doing and which he failed to prove; this is an old British Crown ploy known as "the pot calling the kettle black") and I guess his support for making our militiamen subject to federal arrest speaks for itself.
Please provide the evidence of "taking money from people and then not performing". I have never taken any money from anyone until the last couple of weeks when a couple of people have offered to pay an advance for their claims. I charge 30% of what people actually get paid and have never been paid to date by anyone. My reputation is such that people seek my help from all over the country. I have never charged for anything up front for any services I have provided. This is lie number four about me. The libel case grows larger.
I do charge for access to the member forum for anyone not considered a "contributing members" who get free access. Everyone who has paid for access has been given access. As is stated in teh terms of service, the payment is for access only. Who on earth thinks he would get help with his case for 20 bucks worth of silver.
You are all grown ups and responsible for what you think and do. You owe it to yourselves and your safety to thoroughly investigate the facts for yourselves and use your own horse sense.
Anna's insecurities coming out again. People who are confident do not have to insinuate that other are not grown up if they do not agree with her.
I have used mine and I have advised you to separate from what Bruce Doucette and Michael R. Hamilton are doing. Don't go to Hamilton's blog/website, because as Firefox has confirmed, he is collecting and stealing data linking you to him and his crackpot activities. For what purpose, do you surmise?
Obvious lack of knowledge about technology.
Don't attend their so-called "Justices and Marshals Calls" anymore. Nothing correct is going on there, and all uncorrected error does is compound the errors already made.
In Anna's opinion. Many other people have done research for many years just like Anna has, but some of us put our knowledge into action. All Anna does is talk. She does not actually DO anything to help people.

My facts are solid and my advice is sound, and as long as that is true, it doesn't matter who I am or where I am coming from. It is to your advantage to listen.
That is what anyone who ios working for the enemy wold say. Nobody is is working to usurp the will of the people retaking their rightful place at the top of the food chain is gong to come out and claim, "My fact are not solid and my advice is not sound." Everybody who is giving advice thinks his facts are solid and advice is sound. However, people who have to try to convince other of that are questionable.
What it comes down to is there has never been a "continental marshals" in the history of these united states. Anna has repeatedly insisted there has been, and even the U.S. marshal service on its own web site quote the act that create the U.S. marshals service. Nobody of sound mind can misinterpret the U.S. marshals to be continental marshal. This is very elementary. This was very much discussed by the people when deciding what to call the law enforcement agency that was being established to protect the people. Nothing provided by Anna has evidenced that there has ever been a continental marshal service.
