Does anyone know if we have a sample of an affidavit of truth on the site, should we record one before any event comes up that might require a challenge to jurisdiction?, I have been over a lot of the site and i could have missed it. Thanks for any help.

I do not have a sample of an affidavit of truth anywhere on the site. I do not call them an affidavit of truth, because an affidavit is suppose to the be truth anyway. There is an affidavit and notice of a right to travel.
I also recommend that everyone applies for a non-citizen national passport, ASAP which updates your status in the system.
