Michael Scott Townsend Vs State of Texas

Files received and scanned for upload.  Files show he was charged with Murder, yet when he asked to see the autopsy, they don't have one.  They also do not have any medical records from the Officer who claims to have been injured.  Many other discrpancies that need to be examined.
