The Copyright Issue

Below is the evidence that other were involved with creating the name and badge design before Haywood copyrighted the name and badge. The documents are available by following the links.

1. Affidavit of Dominick Guarneri, the engineer and primary designer of the badge.
2. Email chain 1 starting on March 5th, at 5:48 PM.
3. Email chain 2 that includes communications with Dominick regarding the 3d rendition of the badge.
4. Email chain 3 regarding pricing sent to Dominick.
5. Quote sent to Dominick of the first two prototypes.

Haywood stated the reason she copyrighted the name of the continental marshals and the badge design was for the protection of the marshals. The below reveals her true intent was to control the marshals and protect her position. The links lead to the evidence.

1. Haywood stated in an email to Rodger Dowdell, "and NOW you have a guy in Colorado recruiting Marshals really??? copyright Rodger......I own it"
2. Haywood stated in a voicemail to the badge manufacturer that she was the copyright owner when attempting to get the manufacturer to do her order before Doucette's, as though there was a difference. It should be noted that she also included one of her false statements that she had the contract. The contract is actually between Jules Embry and the manufacturer.
3. She again made a post on the night of Wednesday March 15th, 2017 stating "then they have to change the oath i own the copyright". Click image to view larger version.
4. Haywood stated on the application for the copyright that she was the "Sole author" by entering "yes".

Counts of Libel

Email on afreecountry.com

On March 1st, 2017 Haywood stated in a facebook post,

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT;

I WILL NO LONGER BE DOING ID'S FOR ADMINS OR GRAND JUSTICES. AND ALL OF MY EMAIL WERE DELETED AND COMPROMISED AT AFREECOUNTRY.COM WITH PORN SO IF YOU ARE A MARSHAL AND DID NOT GET AN ID YET PLEASE RESEND ME YOU INFORMATION TO bellahaywood@gmail.com .......sorry for this, this was not my doing...Thank you!!

As the administrator of the email server on afreecountry.com I am responsible for investigating all issues with the email server. If someone reports that her email was "deleted and compromised with porn" I am required as the administrator to secure the server to assure that nobody is accessing someone else's email. During my investigation I found that there were emails in the box from February 27th, 2017 through the current day of March 1st, 2017.

As can be seen by viewing the list, there is but one spam email advertising a site for finding sex partners, which is not porn at all. Every other email appears to be business related to the marshals. Email clients are typically setup to delete email from the server an assigned number of days after they have been downloaded to ones computer. Some email clients might be set to 4 days, which is what number of days this mailbox was showing for emails.

Upon finding that Haywood had committed libel against me, it was my duty as the injured party and sworn superior court judge to secure the mailbox for evidence for potential use in a court case against Haywood. Haywood responded to my post that pointed out her email were still in the mailbox by stating,

then proves YOU have full control of MY email and everyone else's email and that is fraud and against the Privacy Act..........BECAUSE I HATE PORN......NEVER WATCH PORN.....THAT IS WHY I DELETED THE ACCOUNT.......YOU JUST GOT BUSTED...............

Two points of note in this post. Every single email server in the entire world has administrators who maintain the servers. All of these administrators have access to every single email box on their servers. It is by professional conduct that these administrators respect the privacy of the users. This was the first time that I had gone into a user's email box on afreecontry.com as it is the only time that anyone had made any claims regarding a problem with email. The 2nd issue to note is she is now mixing up her story. She first claimed all of her emails were deleted AND compromised with porn. So her story changed from they were deleted to "I deleted the account".

As can be seen by in the second image of the post, my response is grayed out, because the originating post was deleted while I was typing my response to Haywood, but that response can be read in the screenshot of the post. She again made another Facebook post blaming me blocking her email in response to Donald James Schiavone lisiting what he had paid for. None of the emails in the email box appear to be from Donald. However, if his email was sent after March 1st, that will not be conformed until I re-enter the email box to print the emails to pdf to present here as evidence.

Threats Against Subordinates

The following are threats that Haywood made against subordinates. There are more to come.

1. Haywood left a threat on Marshal Shuburte's voicemail the Thursday March 23rd, 2017 before the national assembly meeting to sway his vote.
