The police use a psychological tactic called the Reid technique, which is basically a trick developed by an attorney to get would be suspects to confess to a supposed crime.
If we can learn to oppose and resist such corrupt tactics by uncanny police, police detectives. The easier it will be to bring a good defense.

A JAG lawyer isn't a real lawyer as they still require to register their yearly dues with the state BAR Association.
The police man, detective, prosector is not a constitutional run office. Even if it is an elected " office". The policeman is a business role. Just like a clerk of the court is. There is no legal basis for even the office of " attorney general". Putting such a nane in capital letters only proves such a office is made up. A fake. Some have used Private Attorney. Even though congress has created such a nane does not even mean the office exists. Of God didn't create it, it's fake. That's how simple this is to understand real Laws ( God's commands) from fake laws ( man made codes and statutes.
You can put a stop to almost any case in which there is no injured party by using UCC 3-402 to have the court provide how they identified you as the subject of the case. Usually they will produce a copy of your driver's license. Using UCC 3-402 will make the judge drop the case like a hot rock. I know someone who has done this about a dozen times, because the FBI keeps harassing him and arresting him. The agents admitted they know they cannot beat him in court, but continue to arrest him to makes his life miserable because he publicizes this in the public.

It seems cops, detectives can do what they want. There is no oversight or punishment for them. Due to their Unions. They don't follow our God given rights. They just harass people. They oppress, harm and destroy people's lives. I honestly see why the BLM people got crazy in past years. Much of it was politically paid by Democrats and rhinos. The police are not a constitutional office anyways. Only the sheriff is supposed to be. But not all sheriffs respect the constitutional laws of America.
