SJC  Is that all you sent to the city, a cease and desist?  Are you a non-citizen National of the United States of America?  Do you  consider yourself a citizen of the US Constitution,Bill of rights and Declaration of Independence?  Have you changed your U.S. passport to reflect that you are a Non citizen National of the USA.  Have you changed your SS record to reflect that your not a U.S. citizen?  

The reason I ask is because a few weeks ago I was sent a summons for Jury Duty.  I subsequently told them I was not a U.S.Citizen and here is my passport reflecting my status as a National.  It does not say this on the passport but when they ran my number I think they were surprised.  NO JURY DUTY.  I subsequently later got an email from another court official asking me if I was a resident.  A trick at best.  I wrote back saying you can answer your own question.  They leave me alone....
