So my friend who has far more time to look stuff up on the internet has sent me some info about the writ of "Quo Warrantto"
seems this is an old document that is still usable.
from the youtube of the guy using it in a child support case it seems this could work for many things.

I discovered from Rick, too, only recently, and used it on 6/28/17. A pre trial hearing was set for 7/20/17, and a jury trial for 7/31/17. The judge, who has been railroading my wife and I for almost 2 years, canceled BOTH of those things, in a "Stipulation of Order" that I have NOT as of today's mail, 7/6/17. In fairness, I'd challenged jurisdiction 3 times since 4/10/17 and I assume that had something to do with it, too. Btw, MERS and Wells Fargo both filed oppositions to it, but their arguments were, to put it mildly, unimpressive. One of them simply said that it was completely without merit(without bothering to say WHY it was completely without merit, lol).. Not done, I'm gonna contact the court administrator to force them to give up the cryptic "order"(I called the judge's clerk and she said she'd call me back, but didn't), but, yes, I'm pleased with the way things are going at the moment. The schmuck judge didn't cancel all of that for no reason, and I am almost certainly gonna sue him individually, severally, occupant of the office, you name it, in federal court. There aren't many ways for judges to lose their immunity, but consistently proceeding after having their jurisdiction challenged without proving same is definitely one of the ways.
A writ of quo warranto is how one would question another authority.
Judges like for us to believe they are immune, however, they may only proceed against those over whom they have jurisdiction. If you are proceeding in your court of record, you have to remember that when the opposition submits a motion to the court, it is your job to deny the motion. You do not wait for the judge to do something for you.

Also, check out this case law I just recently discovered. This reveals why the government always spells you name in all caps. It can only proceed against those who are fictions. It cannot proceed against a living man. You are merely the surety for the fiction.

UPDATE: We have since this posting found that this does not work. As with many things that we discover through research, the deep state will plug a hole and ignore the law once enough people use the law against them.
I just sent you an email for you to get started on asap. Follow the direction carefully. Once you get those, maybe you could make a post in the member forum so others can have it. We can update it when we have more info, but I got that info from someone who paid off 3 mortgages and two cars and has been paying his bills for 6 months using that method. He said he was notified that his tda was open after about 40 days. Do not post this on the open web. We do not want to run the risk of giving them a reason to stop it. It is best to spread this in small chunks.

The best way to fight thugs in public office is to find dirt on them (they do that to us anyway). To fight back you can voice your opinions of public officials, etc., on public forums or websites like www.ripoffreport.com to expose their awful and corrupt behaviors.Even better wear T-Shirts with Term Limits and or use bumperstickers that discuss topics that local officials dread hearing. You may get weird or anonymous calls at times but that is just one of many ways to voice your opinions of the thugs we elected.
I have heard stories of people down south suing their mayor and sheriff and they never won. I tried to run for a public office but too much nepotism and cronyism exist to fix the establishment.
Just always Redress your rights as much as possible.
