The Act of 1871 was passed. With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia we refer to as "Washington D.C." The Act created a city state ( a state within a state) called the District of Columbia (D.C.) located on 10 sq miles of land in the heart of Washington on the land known as the Virginia state. And moreover, included its own flag and its own independent constitution -the US secret second constitution. (emphasis added)
The Act of 1871 was literally the beginning of the CHAOS we witness today. Its goal was to move this country from FREEDOM TO FASCISM! For the rest of the story see the attached document!

The two constitutions is fairly well known among anyone who has put any amount of study into the history of the fraud perpetrated by the federal government. However, whoever wrote the document does not have a clear comprehension of we the people and sovereignty.
It was we the people who ordained and established the US constitution. It was not written for us. It was written for those people over in government. We the people are not subject to the US constitution. it does not guarantee our rights. Our rights are naturally ordained. As people we are above the constitution, so no matter what treaty was agreed to, no matter what statutes or codes are passed by any level of government, those statutes and codes have no legal force of authority over people.
The problem is not one of government run amuck. The problem is one of education. We people permitted the government to take over the education of our children and was done specifically to condition people that the government is above we people rather than below us. One of the first things the the government does when getting people children into the government runs schools is to teach them the Pledge of Allegiance. They then continue to teach the children what it is to be a good citizen. Citizen was a new class of individual created by the 14th Amendment to the Constitution. They teach all of the benefits of being good citizens and teach them that they have civil rights.
It is not the author's fault. He was brought up in those government run schools just like the rest of us and in my mid 20's nobody could have convinced me that there was no higher power than me.
The trick was in convincing us that we are citizens. We are not citizens unless we choose to be. We are people. People created the constitution. We did not subject ourselves to it. We are the bosses that gave the government the power to do just those things that we ordained. Why would it be called "ordained" if we were not the sovereigns. Sovereigns are the highest authority. There is not higher authority. That means there are not statutes of codes that have any authority over people. We are a union of republics. We are not a democracy. As such we do not have anyone else to answer to unless we injure another one of the sovereigns.
