Due to a fluke in the software used for commerce on aFreeCountry.com, when dues are paid, registered users are not automatigically promoted to "Members" as they are supposed to be. As such, it is extremely important that when you pay your dues you let me know what your user name on aFreeCountry.com is. Since I only get access to your real name and email address, I do not have a way to find you without your username.
Membership at aFreeCountry.com is exploding. While this brings great news it also brings added workload. Admin will soon be adding moderators to help with answering questions.
I have been in contact with a paralegal to aid with writing court docs, due to the heavy load I have. As time goes on, we will be adding others.

Hi....I'm interested in becoming a member. I'm looking to learn how to do the paperwork, file a counter claim, what to write and file to vacate a judges order, how and what to write to hold a judge in contempt, ect. I've looked all over Google and YouTube and can't find nothing. I have a good understanding in Common Law but I can't hold anyone accountable without knowing the steps to what I'm writing for whatever court purpose. I have 3-4 things I'm gonana be dealing with pretty soon and I need to have my ducks in order. The last thing I want to do is give them jurisdiction all because I don't know how to write or file something. I'm stuck in a rut and can't progress.

Once you gain access to the member forum, there are numerous cases you can use as a guide. You can also get help. I can walk you through your entire case and even write the paperwork for you, but I am pretty busy right now, so it would depend on how soon you need it.
However, if you take it upon yourself, once you get into the member forum, start a topic under the appropriate board and detail what your case is about. If you have four things to handle, do not include them in the same thread, unless they are all related and will be handled in one case. Each topic in the member forum is for one case.
I do as you do your paperwork that you upload your docs to your thread so that others of us can review your docs. We can then make suggestions based on our experience. It is always bet to have more than one pairs of eye on a doc.

I am in a desperate situation, the bank sold my property to an individual sometime in september, i had papers posted on my door for an unlawful detainer, by the new buyer. i just had an alleged trial on Thursday the Dec 22nd, the only witness was the buyer with her attorney, they claimed they bought the property properly, and of course i lost in there alleged court room, they are currently getting the writ to kick me out. Can you please tell me if you can help me file a counter claim before its too late?
By the way my loan started with Summit lending (out of business) then to Aurora loan services then to Nationstar then Quality loan services / Duetche bank, then sold at Action to a person name Vannessa .
