Welcome to a Free Country.

It is our hope and goal to inform you, the voting Citizens of the United States of America how "we the people" are no longer living in a free country and what we can do to return our freedom. For those of you who do not vote because you believe that it does little to no good, we hope to give you hope and options to get back into voting. Not voting is exactly what politicians want. If you do not vote, then you will not vote for the politician's opponent. As Thomas Jefferson once said, "The country is not run by the majority, it is run by the majority who participate."

For those of you who believe that we still live in a Free Country, take a look at some of the simple freedoms we no longer enjoy in the United States of America;

• Improving our own private property without first paying off the government for permission to do so. This is known as "getting a building permit".
• Deciding for ourselves what we may or may not ingest in our own bodies. The most widely known infringement in this area is known as the "War On Drugs" or Drug War.
• Deciding for ourselves what our children will be taught in public schools.
• Deciding who we as consenting adults will have sex with.
• Deciding for ourselves as business owners the lowest value worker we may hire. This is known as a minimum wage and is the largest contributor to unemployment.
• Deciding for ourselves where we will invest for our retirement.

This site will address each of these areas and many more in much detail and explain how a truly free society is better off without government regulation in these areas. Some of the information is provided from outside sources. There are many links to other sites that are also striving to bring about a free society again and links to the law, both federal and local. It will take some time before we have all of the states and local governments linked, but with your patience and help, we will get these links in as quickly as possible.
