1828 Supreme Court Ruling on 6 Man Commmon Law Jury

United States Supreme Court

AMERICAN INS. CO. v. 356 BALES OF COTTON, (1828)

Summary: That the Court which ordered this sale was properly a municipal Court, and a Court of a separate and distinct jurisdiction from the Courts of the United States, and as such, its acts are not to be reviewed in a foreign tribunal... The common law rule is, that when a Court acts within its powers, its acts are binding on all the world; but if beyond them, they are entirely void.

Catapulting My Arrows of Truth - Psalm 64

But God will shoot them with his arrows; they will suddenly be struck down. Psa. 64:7

My Arrows of Truth, I am Catapulting you Into your Prophetic Destiny.

Beloved.

I am catapulting you into your prophetic destiny.                                                 Joel 2:28

You may not even know what that is yet, Dear One;

      but when you get there,

You will see and

You will know.

You will (1) see where you have been and where I am sending you.

Grand Jury and Regular Jury Basics

What’s the difference between a grand jury and a regular jury?

A grand jury (12 to 23 people) is a body that investigates criminal conduct. Federal, state and county prosecutors utilize grand juries to decide whether probable cause exists to support criminal charges.

BRINGING THE COURTS OF HEAVEN TO EARTH

BRINGING THE COURTS OF HEAVEN TO EARTH

I am sending My Messengers to you, Beloved.

      You will entertain angels unaware.

They may not appear to you in a way that you would think or imagine.

They are bringing messages of Truth.

Test the spirits, My Child.

You will know them by the Spirit.

My angels always point you to My Word and (3) My Son.

You will know them by the JOY you feel.

Govern is a lousy word. It's like Lording Over. Joe Biden and Barry Soetoro and Nancy Pelosi continue to throw that word around. Jesus said the Greatest Among You is the Servant of All. Aren't these public officials supposed to be serving us and our country? Why do these thugs govern when they could serve?

Leaders Among Us

We never know from where they will come or how they become what they are. Sometimes it just starts out as someone doing something to help another and it grows from there. The someone who gets help from the someone who provided it, tells someone else who needs help, and before long, the someone who provided help is looked upon as a leader.
