I do not believe a single thing from Anna Von Reitz. She is a conn. She has libeled me at least 5 times that I am aware of. She vehemently attacks anyone who disagrees with her. Her was in the only way. Also, we have had people get arrested after she talked to the FBI. Good reason to not trust her.

You should never go into court pro se. Read Why People Should Never Hire an Attorney for the reason why. It covers why you should not go into court pro se as well.

You will learn that none of the rules of the court other than Rule 17.b.1 apply to those who are in court in a non-representative capacity. 

I once went to court and when my case was called by the clerk, he announce that I was there pro se. I corrected him and told the court, "I am not pro se. I am in propria persona. The judge commence to ask, "So, who is representing you?"

I said, "Nobody is representing me."

He said, "So, you are representing yourself?"

I said, "No, I am not."

He asked again, "So, who's rep[resenting you?"

I said, "I am present. I do not need to be re presented."

At that point, he gave up trying to get me to say I was representing myself, because he finally got that I knew what I was doing.
