Notice of Right to Travel and Declaration of Repentance

Now cometh: Nicklas Arthur, Surname: a good and lawful Christian man, humble servant of the Most

High, God the Father, Creator of Heaven and Earth, and declares: I do not qualify for State Drivers

License, ID or other travel documents because the State requires first that I voluntarily engage in

business with the Social Security Administration of the U.S. so that I may be numbered by them. I

cannot in good conscience apply for Social Security benefits nor take part in any construct which

requires me to break the commandments of my God and risk the punishment of eternal damnation.

I further declare that I have repented of any and all past acceptance or entanglement with any such
