Correct Birth Certificate for State National Passport question

First, Let me just say this website is AWESOME!! I have read all the public content and look forward to joining as a due paying member to have access to the members material! Have silver ready to send. I have a question I need answered. I want to use the Copper Moonshine method of getting a State National Passport. I went to a Passport agency to get one and they would not accept my Birth Certificate. It is a Nebraska certificate that says my birth place is Michigan and is signed by a local county Judge. I was adopted and this is supposed to be my legal birth certificate. I was born in Michigan and adopted in Nebraska. I contacted the DHHS in Nebraska and they do not have a BC on file for me to request.  I contacted MI and same answer. Called back MI and talked to someone about my name and BC before I was adopted and there is a BC in my name before I was adopted. They said I could fill out a form for a belated birth with the updated adoption name and adoptive parent info. I think since I was born in MI that I should have an MI birth certificate. Called NE and they said I could do the same thing. So which avenue should I persue and is there any advantage of one over the other? I now plan to live in NE the rest of my life and possibly see being a MI state citizen with a MI birth certificate as an extra layer of protection as far as Nebraska juridiction goes. Am I wrong in thinking this? When I get my state national passport with a MI birth certificate wont I be a Michigan state national living and traveling in Nebraska? Hope someone has some answers for me. Thanks for your time reading this. I think you will see more of me one here. A great website to be sure!!

kill your name

if you have been reading and watching  the links you will see that the first thing you need to do is change the BC.

the BC is there first and biggest crime against you.

Birth Cert

Ok,I am a grasshopper on the ground with some knowledge looking for masters of greater knowledge to teach me and share their knowledge we me. In return I will help them in any way I can and share knowledge and resources I have that others may not be aware of. I have read a lot of info about the BC process. Many paths are available!! I finally picked one and come to find out I do not actually have a birth Cert available from the sate of NE or MI with my current adopted name. This is the first step in my path to get a state national passport. They require a state issued BC to get the passport. So, after I get a BC and get my passport should I get it authenticated or reccended and use the birth template available here. I am looking for a straight and narrow path with out confusing side roads.  I would love to know the path to changing it.

 Thanks for your attention

dieseldoc is an asset

dieseldoc, i am grateful to you, sir. I am very happy that you are on this site helping others in need. I am so far up to my eyeballs with a couple of very critical cases I have very little time to helpo out on a site that i put together. Sometimes, i wish answering questions on this site was all i had to do. It would be easier. I can tell all of you that things are changing rapidly and we are even given hints by those in government about what to do to stop them. Seems odd, but not all public servant are bad guys. I know that.

In any case, thank you, sir. I appreciate what you do on this site.

Thanks again for sharing your

Thanks again for sharing your information. I have another quick question. Should we go ahead and just mail off the American National Passport packet to the National Passport Processing Center in Philadelphia? Or do we still need to go through the channels at the US Dept of State? Thanks!

born in dc

What recourse does one have when born in DC? Parents were each born in one of the several states but I was born in the belly of the beast. Confused if US State Dept will issue a passport with a non-state issued BC, also.

Make you own bc

You can make your own bc. It is your counter deed sign in private to destroy any public one. When i sent in my ds-11, i sent in a bc that i created. Give it a try. I cannot say how that will turn out. But since both of your parents were born in the several states, I would say you are not a US citizen. I would suggest you trace your parentage back as far as you can. See if you trace back to someone born in one of the original 13 colonies. If so, simply get a declaration of your lineage notarized and send that in with your ds-11. Oh, after, you get it notarize, file it wih a county clerk and get a few certified copies. That will serve as evidence that you are one the the posterity. Ancestry.com is great for that. I traced my 2nd great grandmother's lineage back to England and they first came into Virginia in 1699 and one of those moved to South Carolina. So I am connected to a family line in two of the original colonies. You are their posterity. That makes you one of the freemen.

BC

Thank you so much for your reply. I have traced my ancestry back to the 13 original colonies several years ago. I will join Ancestry.com to refine and document proof. Based on what you are saying, there would be no value to me getting certified copied of my DC BC and getting them authenticated by DC and US State Dept. This would be validating their tool of deception? Question: When I create my birth certificate, what state should I claim in place of DC? Virginia was my abode once I came home from the hospital. Also, I spoke with a man in TX last year that claims the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act is the only true path to freedom. It uses an affidavit proving ancestry to the 13 original colonies, with an appearance in Article 3 court, where you claim you have never had a SSN (through constructive fraud). The court reporter will confirm there is no record of the event (or they have committed treason). At that point, you can never use your SSN, which the man says currently proposes an issue with the passport application. I believe this is the situation where one previously could enter zeros and now must enter SSN with the felony form attached. Have you heard of this method or any thoughts?

MR Hamilton

Thank you sir.

I do what I can and am learning a ton.

I will always share what I have learned, where it comes from as well.

I know you are way over your limit with time, I hope these big cases will help to bring an end to the wrongs being comitted every day to the people of this republic.

I hope that once you are done with these big cases that the results will help with the case I have.

I know devorcee is not the same as the criminal that is mostly the issue, but by the same note it is a $75 billion dollar industry here!

FYI I have a small group here in Denver that we are  looking to get together once a month for a few hours to discuses the happenings and findings of the last few weeks, so that this group of friends will all be well armed with the right information to deal with these corp. fools.

Again sir anything I can do to help will be more than willing to do.

you have done much and are still deep within the trenches to get things done.

we all got to watch your back as well as the guy or gal next to us!

thank you again sir for your help, and thanks!

In addition to a national

In addition to a national passport, I think the disassociation from a political jurisdiction  is key. Domicile and alligiance needs to be addressed.  Where there is no domicile or allegiance the laws of that area do no apply.  The decision to change ones domicile is absolute and the courts cannot intefer with that decision. A person becomes foreign to foreigners.  The presumption is your domicile is where you live if you use their privledges and services. Thus you incur property tax and tax on income in the state you live in. Change your domicile!
