Bond forfeiture

I missed court on 2 felonies and missed court on misdemeanor and have forfeited my bond. The few times i went to court i never granted jurisdiction to them. I challenged jurisdiction in both courts and misdemeanor re scheduled and felony put in plea for me and i objected of course....so i missed court after that and im now on forfeiture. I gues my question is shoudnt therehave been a hearing on jurisdiction in all cases before anything else happens? Do i have a jurisdiction claim to suffice as to why i missed court?

WOW no one is responding to you ?

WOW it's been 5 days no one is responding to you? I know the feeling...trust me.

Did you file a counter claim? When you challenged jurisdiction, did the judge enter a plea on your behalf? Once you file a counterclaim, they have to answer to you before they can proceed in their kangaroo court against you. I feel sorry that you are eventually going to be in jail and have none of the resources here to help you out.

Everybody here has access to the same resources

You have had access to the same resources that everyone else has had. There are cases here that have been run from start to finish with every kind of order you could possibly need. It is up to you to act like a sovereign. Sovereign do not whine about not getting their hands held. NOBODY help me with my first case and I proved in Louisiana that Louisiana has common law if the sovereign so chooses.

We all have to learn and we all have our own lives and duties that we must keep up with. There are a lot of people on this site. It is up to all of us to join in and help. If you want to have someone walk you through your whole case, then advance some funds towards the settlement of 30% and you will be given priority. You have had everything available for some time. It is up to you to read and learn. As the old saying goes, lead, follow or get the hell out of the way.

Then don't tell me your going to help and then don't

Then don't tell me your going to help and then don't. When I gave you my number you told me you were going to make it a point to give me a call and talk with me. It never happened. I sat by my phone for 3 days and you never called. You told me you would "try" to review my counter claim so I could file it by next week....that was 6 weeks ago. If you would have said from the beginning that you didn't have enough time and you probably couldn't help me with this case, not only would I have saved myself stress and countless hours at the library, but I would have avoided giving Tonya a false sense of hope and I would have avoided being blamed by Tonya and her skeptical of father for the bigger mess she is now in after telling the judge she wanted to fire her public defender, withdraw her plea, and proceed according to the common law. I've not only made myself to look like a fool in front of Tonya's skeptical father but I've also made Tonya look like a fool in front of the whole court. Now she's going to get her ass handed to her. The system has robbed her of her job, car, finances, and she hasn't paid her rent for months. This girl is on the verge of suicide and that is no joke. She was excited that you were going to help her and she had a glimmer of hope and now even that has faded after you just completely flaked out. She's been wondering why you havent been responding or why you havent reviewed the counterclaim. I don't know what tell her except you flaked out. All the knowledge in the world won't give you any integrity. You couldn't even follow through with "making it a point" to give me a call. How hard is that?

You are absoutely right

Robyn,

I cannot argue with anything that you have said. You are absolutely right. I should never have said I would help with the case load that I have. I have been doing this for three years and have not been paid anything yet except for two advance payments I receive within the last couple of weeks towards two other cases. I do not like to say no to anybody, but I will make a point to stat doing that. I have made this forum available so that people can write their own documents. Anyone who follows a few examples here, cannot not lose, and while I did not have anyone help me with my first case, which was my case, I know that not everyone has that capability, at least on the first one. I did think about who it was I told that too a while back and could not remember who it was I said that, too. I do apologize. I should never have offered to help.

You must file a counterclaim

Until you file a counterclaim, they will ignore your challenges. There are numerous cases in these forums that have excellent examples of what you counterclaim should look like. If you are going to claim to be a sovereign, you need to act like one.

File an action in federal court. Once you file your counterclaim, take control of your court. There are cases here that have gone from start to finish and have every kind of order you would need to file in your case.
