All Common Law Rights Reserved Without PrejudiceProtect Your SignatureWhen signing a contract or government form, you can protect your signature by simply writing "Without Prejudice, UCC 1-207" above your signature. If you are hauled into court over a contract that you signed using this tool, you are basically making it known that you are reserving your "common law" rights and are not entering into any contract and you will not be compelled to participate in any contract that you did not enter into knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally. What this means to you is that you are not responsible for entering into any contract that you did not voluntarily enter into. So if you are required by an employer to sign a W-4 to work there, and they do not accept your Certificate in Lieu of W-4 or W-9, then you were in essence coerced to sign the contract, because you have to have employment to feed, clothe, and house you and your family. It would also be wise to cross out the statement, "I am a US person." Since you have the right to alter any contract you sign before you sign your name. It is much easier to do so before you sign than try to negate the phrase after you have signed. After crossing out "I am a US person" it probably would not hurt to replace it with I am a Citizen of the United States of America. Note the capital C on Citizen. Defend Freedom™ |
