Unfortunately if it's locked out totally and doesn't unlock it's likely the main control board has failed or locked up. The only thing left to try in this case would be to unplug the appliance, take the top off and take the control board out of the facia. Unplug the wiring from it, one plug at a time, and ensure the plugs are clean, dry and tight. Plug them back on. Once you've done them all, reassemble the appliance, apply power and try it again. However, as it's only a year old you should contact Bosch, they give a 2 year warranty on their appliances.
