The following is a step by step how to return to your sovereign capacity. As was shown by Anthony Williams during his extradition hearings in Hawaii, you cannot just say you are a sovereign. You must act like it. You should know, however, there is no such thing as a sovereign citizen. If a sovereign is the master, and the citizen is the slave of the government, how can you be a master slave? You cannot. Following the below steps.

When the founding fathers of the united states of America decided on a form of government, the one they settled on was republican. Many people do not comprehend what that means and have confused it with a democracy. They also do not comprehend what it means when they learn that we the people are sovereigns.

The judgment of a court of record whose jurisdiction is final is as conclusive on all the world as the judgment of this court would be. It is as conclusive on this court as it is on other courts. It puts an end to inquiry concerning the fact by deciding it.

For many years I have been an avid voter. I have been a firm believer in doing my patriotic duty to participate in determining the course of government in my state and nation. Then something started to change. I learned that state and nation were one and the same. I learned the United States refers most commonly to a corporation. And I learned that when I vote, elections, especially those utilizing electronic tabulation, are rigged. Lastly, I learned that the people for whom I vote are not in fact government representatives, but corporate officers.
