I am looking for a summary/explanation of the role & responsibilities of the Superior Court Judge (SCJ). I was able to find an excellent explanation on the forum detailing the Grand Jury, but I could not locate details about the SCJ. Additionally, I also wanted to know if the conference calls for the SCJ are still occurring on Wednesdays?

A superior court judge is actually a justice, but we use their terminology and justice interchangeably. A superior court judge merely serves as a magistrate in a court of record, signs arrests warrants at the behest of he grand jury and carries out other orders of the grand jury like removing other judges from the bench. He may also decide matters of law so long as the amount of damages does not exceed $20, per the Constitution for the United States of America.

the instructions for taking the oath for judge or grand jurist can be found on the oaths page, The oath is the same for all assembly members. You do have to go through Chief Marshal Haywood for the marshal oath.

Hello everyone and anyone I'm very new to the member side of this but been following MR Hamilton for a while now. But I'm in need of some love help and support. I'm battling the federal government here in a small city of Florida. I was detained on August 30 from ATF and they some how got a search warrant and stole all me and my family's personal property and let me go and forced me keep coming in there office to make me a confident informant. Well after I kept going outside fear of going to jail they told me to buy guns and drugs from some big time felon that I didn't even know in sumthang called a "control buy" so I felt very scared and uncomfortable I quit answering my phone and ignored them.. well 3 months past buy didn't hear from them I needed and wanted my stuff back they refused to release my property and money so I called internal affairs and made a complaint thinking that would help get me and my family's property back. So this special agent who was internal affairs called me back and wanted a statement of facts from me and my wife because they also sexual harass her the ATF agents. So after sending our statement in week or so later on November 3 these animals get some kind of indictment and defective warrant no judge signed the warrant. But they arrested me Infront my mother house with all my family there and took me straight to federal court and then jail the same day they arrested me. For me this was in Heard of. After court I had seat in jail until the 7th of November for my arringmant and release hearing so I thought. I walk into court this unlawful magistrate judge entered a plea in for me if not guilty and proceeded straight to Pretrial wasn't prepared didn't have a lawyer or attorney as I didn't want one. So they seat trial for January 3rd 2017 in a few days.on December 6 I challenged the jurisdiction of the courts and on the 9th of December the Assigned cheif judge made a court date for a pretrial conference for December 22 just a few days ago. And I walk Into court and asked if I can address the Court so I did and read my speech of my challenge of jurisdiction of this court on such and such date and told the just this court cannot proceed a inch further until the plaintiff proves jurisdiction over the living man. She totally blow my challenge and said she proceeding still to trial and so I asked her the judge who moving this forward so I'll know who's commenting treason agianst me? And she flat out answered that she is the judge moving forward.. so then I asked her if this was a constitutional compliance court of Record? And she says I'm refusing to answer that. So I knew I asked her something that she didn't like. So I asked next what jurisdiction are you in so I properly defend myself? and agian I refuse to answer that. So told her I don't give jurisdiction over me and I didn't enter a plea. And that a unlawful judge did for me and was practicing law from the bench. Her face turned red and says do yu wish to enter a plea now? I sayed Im not entering a plea and I didn't enter a plea and after I sayd I'm inoccent. So I hope she didn't trick me into her jurisdiction agian? But moral to the story these people are trying and going to derail me. I had some one helping me and im scraed has got to busy with other cases I guess. I need help with a court of record counter claim. Plz if anyone can help or show me how I need help I have trail January 3rd in few days. There trying give me 70 years I'm a loving father of 6 kids and married. I'm not a criminal or felon. There no injuried party or damage party so there should be no case.. I need help plz anyone for God's sake help..??? Also they put me on a GPS ankle moniter since the November 7th court date.. any advice or help be extremely grateful god bless
Godlovesall, first my friend you have to start a new thread with a title of " Your name Vs State" whatever state you may reside in. Second since time is not on your side, I recommend buying a silver coin and send it to Mike so you can have access to the member forum ASAP I just ordered one online they're $25-30. Third of all start doing research on your specific case, I may not be as knowledgeable as MR but patience is key into learning all what he has to offer. Listen to Bill Thorntons lessons on YouTube, look at some counter claim forms on google till you have access to the member forum. Clearly you have an Idea and seem quiet knowledgeable bout the strawman fraud they're pulling. Soo you're on the right path, my best advice my friend is use your time wisely, start taking notes when ur listening. Watch power slides, learn they're positions and what they're job is. Read case law from your state and the ONE thing you have to do is never loose hope. I know it gets hard, everyone is fighting a different battle against the same serpents, remember God gives his hardest battles to his strongest soldiers. Pave this road so your kids don't have walk the same path. That's why I'm doing it, soo we can have a better future for our next generations. God bless and have faith
