Membership Dues

Membership dues are now required for forums located under the Member forums category. Membership dues are not required for any of the general discussion forums. Membership dues are $1, however, the reader should note that by $1 we mean "371.25 grains of silver" as defined in the Coinage Act of 1792. One American Eagle silver dollar will do.

There are numerous places from which these silver or gold coins can be purchased. The following are a few suggestions.

Places to Buy Gold and Silver coins.
JM Bullion   Bullion Direct GoveMint.com Silver.com

Monex Precious Metals

Apmex

We do not endorse any of the above precious metal sellers, so you should do your homework before deciding on where to buy. You should also submit your membership dues before you need help through this site. If you have fallen behind or stopped paying your unsecured debt, you should start the process of obtaining the funds by which you will pay. Once a suit has been filed against you, you have a very limited amount of time in which to respond.

When payment is mailed to us, it should be sent by a means in which we can track its delivery through an online service such as Federal Express, DHL or UPS. Email the tracking number to dues@afreecountry.com. You may also notify us through the site contact form.

Your package should be addressed to:

Michael Randolph Hamilton

care of 155 Prestige Place, Mianisburg, Ohio [45342]

Any member who submits more than 1,000 posts while helping others on this site, will be made an honorary member and will be given free lifetime membership to this site. The dues are waived for all moderators and book authors.

I just joined and still get error can't go there. It has been so frustrating getting on this site. I registered with a different email address last night. and I never got an email. So I used a different address this morning. I am fighting for my right to travel and need the affidavit. I only have this internet for a few more hours so am pressed for time. Otherwise it may be next weekend before I can get back here.

Access to Member Forum

I apologize. I was out all day yesterday inspecting. You should have access now. I use cleantalk to keep spammers out of the site. Otherwise we get about 50 spammers per day signing up. People who use email addresses from the big free domains have problems, but we are working it out.

I was under the impression that you paid for access to the Member Forums on the site. The members forums are for contributing members and dues paying members. I am not showing that you paid for dues, nor have either joined a common law grand jury or the APP to qualify as a contributing member. When you register, you get access to the regular forums only. As such, you will have to meet one of the two above mentioned tasks to gain access to the member forum where the right to travel affidavit is located.

As a reminder, those who have access to the member forum get more than just one forum. They have access to help with their documents and may access other documents that others have used themselves, for challenging jurisdiction, making orders in courts of record, etc. So their is a wealth of information that Members gain by having access to the member forums worth far more than the $1 (silver dollar) annual dues.

Sorry for the confusion and the inconvenience. Spammers have made it inconvenient for all of us on the web.

If you would...

My son has a court date for a traffic extortion payout to wisconsin. I understand you have a traffic extortion document. I have a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction (cause of action)  sans an injured party and therefore no standing. plus a drivers license is a commercial activity that was not even addressed in the complaint (ticket). NO alleged business being conducted.

Also,

Wisconsin Dept of revenue believes they own my labor and should let me have what "we" believe a slave should be allowed to keep. I believe I should include them in the affidavit; any suggestions where to include "we" (DOR) in the text to put them on notice?

Thanks,

SP

M. R. Hamilton M. R. Hamilton's picture
I do not kNow what you are referring to but,

I do not kow what you are referring to as a traffic extortion document. We do have a Free Right of Travel Affidavit that can be served on the commissioner of your state's department of motor vehicles. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will find a file attachment in odt and doc formats so you can simply save it to your computer for editing.

It is best to post your case in the member forums. This is where we share our paperwork and review each other's paperwork for accuracy and format. There is a forum specifically for speeding tickets. The only case there right now has the counterclaim that must be filed, but the judge in that case is being very rebellious, so the sovereign is about to hold the judge in contempt of court in that case.

There is a forum for victimless crimes where you can post your cases for so called crimes for which there was no injured party. This would be for crimes like drug possession or sales, driving, fishing, hunting without a license and so on. Readers should note when reading your charging documents that the state is listed as the "victim" even though the state has suffered no injury. This is just a tactic to try to legitimize the states control over people.

I would not file an affidavit if your are already under attack by the state. I would file a counterclaim and, yes, there is an injured party. When the state attempts to fine you for speeding or any thing else, it has exceeded its jurisdiction and given you cause to defend your rights as a freeman. That takes time. You have been attacked by the state and as such, the state owes you damages. It is not just the state that has caused you an injury. The government agent that did the action caused the injury. The magistrate for the inferior court did the injury as did the prosecutor. They have all worked in unison together for the purpose of conspiring against you to generate revenue for the corporation known as "State of Wisconsin" or whatever your state may be. The damages in the case of a speeding ticket may not be that much, but there are damages none the less. You may calculate your damages based on how much time you will have to devote toward defending your rights.

As to the department of revenue, we do have an affidavit that can be formatted for it as well as the IRS, if you are referring to the income tax. However, I think I have improved this affidavit since posting it, so I would check out the one posted in this thread.

If the state is close to making a move against you or your property, I would again recommend either a claim or a counterclaim. That is the best way to stop the state's action against your until such time as the issue can be resolved in the superior court of record. DO NOT FILE A MOTION IN THEIR COURT. You are consenting to the jurisdiction of the inferior court when doing so. If you do not file a counterclaim as a people in a court of record, you are giving the judge license to make decisions about you and as a people, you are not subject to his law unless you consent. Filing a motion in his court constitutes consent. When you file an action in a court of record, you suspend the judge from making any decisions. That means you do not allow him to make a decision for you of against you.

Here is a case that has gone to the end and has been resolved. The next step in that case is for the sovereign to start garnishing the paychecks of the defendants. It is not probable that the government agencies will pay. However, the government agents can have their paychecks garnished. In this case, the sovereign was being harassed by local law enforcement. He file his action and issued several orders in his case. The end result was a ruling in his favor, not surprising, and the defendants now owe him his damages. The judge tried to circumvent his authority and he issued a Writ of Error overturning the judges ruling. His ruling included an order for the defendants to show just cause without 30 days why his order is not valid. Thirty days have come and gone. His case is done.

It sounds to me like both you and your son need to file counterclaims in your cases. If you need help, just know that I do not have much time for a while. But I can review your paperwork now and again when you need. Just don't wait until the last minute to let me know. DocT can also help. He has gone through this himself. He is the Chair of the Texas American People's Peacekeepers. He is a great coach.

I would also recommend that both of you join the American People's Peacekeepers. Even if you are the first in your state to do so, you will be getting the ball rolling to share the knowledge you are about to gain in defending your rights. You will also be building an organization that will have your back in all of your common law cases.

I am also heading in the same direction.

In my years of study I have never felt like actually joining anything. Usually a group had language that didn't quite add up, or maybe they were too militant, or just wanted money for forms to download without providing content at all. So far I think I've downloaded/copied and read about 80% of everything available on this site, but I cannot know until I get deeper. I'm looking to join. I've read that info. I don't know what I have to offer. I guess most people arriving are as new as I am but everything our Mr. Hamilton has written hits every nail on the head. I like the direction.

As I said, I'm new to the site and have immediate needs as well. I was arrested and jailed for 90 days on an OUI case here in Massachusetts and I was railroaded because I was not allowed to direct my "appointed" defender to do the right thing. I can expand a lot more on my story but I'll leave that for another spot, but my case is due in trial on the 5th of January so I do feel pressured. And I'm not guilty.

I'm trying to join. I'm also heading towards court to challenge jurisdiction and need as much info as I can get. I'm not confident enough and I'm cramming to learn asap. The counterclaim I'm sure you know is what I'm in need of now and any other information I can find.

Oh, I see you have two sections on fees and dues. One is for $30.00 membership but I also am about to pull the trigger on the Liberty Silver Dollar . . .

Thank you,

Brian

Michael, Where is the Contact Form?

The only other contact info I can find is for dues.

I must add I'm not too convinced when very little on this website seems to work and the only one on this site is me every time I arrive here.

M. R. Hamilton M. R. Hamilton's picture
counterclaim for OUI?

Mr. Comwell,

Sorry, I am currently working 6 days a week and get little time here. Once I finish my current contract, I will be more readily available.  You are right, about the counterclaim. We actually list 13 cases that uphold that once jurisdiction is challenged it must be proven. It is included in all of our declarations of law.

Time is short, so we will have to move. Email me your phone number so I can call you tomorrow.  When you email me I will reply with mine so you will know from what number the call is coming.

If you have entered a plea,  we will will have to retract it in your paperwork.  People not being subject to statutes without their individual consent do not enter pleas. They object to the code and the jurisdiction of the inferior court. They also do not hire attorneys. Attorneys are officers of the inferior courts and hiring one is consent. Like i did in my case, you can fire the oe that has been appointed. As you will see in some of the case law, jurisdiction can be challenged at anytime and once challenged, it must be proven. But  will get deeper into this when I talk to you. Most of what affects this case can be found under the Sovereignty of people menu.

The are a few cases in the member forum that serve as good examples, but if you want me to do your paperwork, we can talk about that as well. Randy Townsend is the chairman of the Texas American People's Peacekeepers and can help quite a bit. He is DocT on this site.

Becoming a member of the APP in your state makes you a Contributing Member and if you are the first, we do ask that you serve as chair until you build an organization that can appoint a new chair. No you do not have to know all of the things you will eventually learn. You just have to be willing to learn and share what you learn.

Thank you Michael

I'm headed to the cart so I can gain access to the forum. One comment before I head in though. As far a me entering a plea on arraignment, I was not given any chance to speak at all in court, the judge/magistrate entered a plea of not guilty and assigned me the public defender. My opinion of the defender is he's useless not only for me but for them plus anytime I tried to lead him he would shooosh me. We'll get into it but I like what you mentioned about taking care of that plea in the paperwork. I also have listened to and watched all the info that Bill Thornton has. I like how he said he doesn't say anything in court because everything is in the paperwork. I just don't know how much or how little to put into it. I also like the saying of, "Don't bring up anything you do not want to argue" but with all the videos I've seen of guys that seem to know what the common law is I see the judges slamming them with questions. Okay . . .

. . . just returned from paying through 2checkout and was returned to an error message: Error 403 -Access Denied so I assume access to the forum is done manually. No problem. Thank you

M. R. Hamilton M. R. Hamilton's picture
Just refer back to the paperwork

Brian,

I think that the judges asking questions is a tactic to get you to argue you case orally so that he can disregard your paperwork and trip you up. Bill also said in one of his lectures, always just refer the judge back to the paperwork. Something simple like, I said all I have to say in my paperwork. I do not know how I can make it any clearer than I have in my paperwork."

You will note in the docs included in the case on this site, the paperwork is very clear. Judges and attorneys will say how it just doesn't make any sense, but it makes no difference. The judge doesn't get to make any decisions anyway.

As far aas the ple is concerned, the arraignment was to get your consent. The fact that you did not say anything, cements your stance that you did not consent. The fact that you did not object is easily overcome, because you had a representative standing there who was supposed to know law. He was the "expert". In fact, he was a conspirator aiding the judge and prosecutor in comitting a fraud or "Trespass on the Case". One of at least 3 causes of action I can see in your case. There are most likely 5 or 6. The public defender should also be a counterdefendant for the reasons I listed above.

What is ple?

"as far as the ple is concerned"  ???

I spent the past two days chasing down my paperwork. Not so easy to do on a BICYCLE when everything is 7 miles from my house and lawyer and court and police station are miles from each other too. I actually caught up with my public defender at his home because he would see me after his court date where he was "defending" someone else. What a swell guy. So I knocked on his door at 8AM Saturday morning.

Anyway, I've got everything I think. And I've put all but my past record to scanned images. What the cops wrote is scary. But I do not know any of it because I was in a blackout. How do I prove diabetic blackout when I don't have a doctor or the money to pay for one or the time it takes to process blood work? That was the only thing my defender mentioned I would have to have to "beat the case". He had over 4 months to get the 3 vials of blood the nurse at the prison took~!

I've been studying and searching for laws in my state and the agents and representatives that belong to this state too. As far as copy/pasting laws into a form, do they have to have been decided upon in my state of Massachusetts?

I've naturally got a ton of questions. Those are heading the list. All help is invited. And thanks everyone.

Brian

There is an app call Cash App that you can use on your smart phone and once you set it up; it uses your cell phone number which you can get another for these purposes; and the users can send the payments directly to you to whatever bank account you set up.  Just a thought but in the meantime, you will be getting a letter with my silver dollar.

Creating New Threads In Member Area.

I have not yet received  a divorcee complain yet. I did get a letter from The State Child Support Services. That said contact us by Jan 28 2017 for an important matter or "additional legal action could result". I did not contact or reply. So I am expecting something soon.  My question is: Is it ok to get a thread started so i can start on document templates and strategies..or is it best to wait?  Divorce being a civil contract I am a little confused on how to keep this in the "Kings Court of Record"  I know not to sign or agree to anything, i don't really want to go to jail but i do not fear it. I refuse to let these criminals tell me how to raise my kid and would rather be locked up than enslaved. I am not a dead beat dad, i have a good job, and i committed to my children, but i will not be told how to live by the state. No one would tell a King how to raise his princess nor will the state tell me how to do it.

Site was down, sorry my fault

The site was down for a few months. I broke it during an update and it took me a while to learn how to fix it without losing all of the data. I cannot afford to pay someone else to do it, so I was left to my own devices while earning a living. I am sorry for being gone for so long. I did learn a lot during that time and to not foresee the same problem occurring again.

I am having one more issue. I sent out a mass email to inform everyone that the site was back online, but every email failed to send, so I have to figure out what that problem is. You will know when it is resolved, beause I will send out a mass email to let you know.

site back up

I have to say I was a bit disturbed.....poof gone for months

Laughed pretty good that you broke it.

We have been learning some good things

M. R. Hamilton M. R. Hamilton's picture
dieseldoc I also got lazy

It would not have taken that long to fix the site had I just devoted some time to it. I did get lazy a bit. Well, not really lazy, I just changed my priotities. I have really been devling into scripture and learning exactly what God wants me to do. We have been battling the devil in his court and that makes us the visiting team. When we walk with jesus every single day, it changes the playing field to favor us and that has been what I have been doing.

We are strating to see changes in the judicial system, slowly and gradually. Trump has advertised what he is doing. When he held his Mississippi rally, he said he had appointed 157, soon to be 183 federal court judges that will "adhere strictly to the constitution". I think that was an announcement that the corruption will not be tolerated. So we have a bunch of insiders working to take down the deep state. We need to get busy on the spiritual front. The more people who are brought to Jesus, the fewer their are to work in a corrupt government. Of course the mass arrests that have already begun will help dissaude those who are thinking about turning against the people.

I am glad you hung out and waited for us to come back. I will try not to break the site again. I may have enough money soon to hire someone who is better at maintaining sites like this.

I am locking this thread as it has become a discussion thread and it is supposed to be about member dues. If anyone has a question, post a new topic in the forum after searching to make sure your quesiton has not already been answered.
